Excellent Service I have previously complained about Sparks Toyota's service, which I thought was often too slow and/or expensive. However, in July, 2019, my 2015 Coro I have previously complained about Sparks Toyota's service, which I thought was often too slow and/or expensive. However, in July, 2019, my 2015 Corolla's Instrument Panel Cluster went out (a very serious problem), so serious that my car had to be towed to Sparks. Just want to say that Ernest Hayes, my Service Advisor did an awesome job of communicating with me and helping me. He immediately gave me a rental car to drive, since my service took several days. After the car was repaired, I met with Sharon Werner, the Customer Service Rep. and Charles Hatcher, Service Manager about the cost of the service. They were very responsive to my concerns and helpful in having the cost of my service reimbursed by Toyota. In this case, I felt very valued as a customer by Sparks and will certainly shop there again when I decide to buy another car. More

Service visit on 03/21/2019 Scheduled visit, 20k service and eco block exterior, after 4 hours we were told eco block couldn’t be done that day, had to return the next day. Serious Must be the most serious dealership in the area. Only smiles that I received were from the cashier upon my departure. I was there over an hour, strolled through the show room being the only customer present, no one smiled or spoke to me not even the receptionist. Not one person smiled or spoke as I set in the customer waiting room. The person at the rental car desk did not speak until I blessed her after her sneeze. Not a very friendly atmosphere, not too hard to be kind to your customers that financially supports your dealership. More
