Service visit on 03/21/2019 Scheduled visit, 20k service and eco block exterior, after 4 hours we were told eco block couldn’t be done that day, had to return the next day. Serious Must be the most serious dealership in the area. Only smiles that I received were from the cashier upon my departure. Not one person smiled or spoke as I set in the customer waiting room. The person at the rental car desk did not speak until I blessed her after her sneeze. Not a very friendly atmosphere, not too hard to be kind to your customers that financially supports your dealership. More
