Excellent service work! I have on my Toyota FJ cruiser since 2008 when I bought it brand new ....it now has 286,60 miles on it. I had it in today to replace the radiator, I have on my Toyota FJ cruiser since 2008 when I bought it brand new ....it now has 286,60 miles on it. I had it in today to replace the radiator, which is no big deal! I especially like working with your service manager Timmy and your technician in-service you I’ve worked with for many years ShawnTurner! He does excellent work and is very thorough and whenever he works on my vehicle it’s in perfect condition when I drive it home. Your parts dept, is also excellent.... I have enjoyed working with Tommy and Jimmy and all of your parts technicians. Sparks Toyota is a Top Shelf Dealership and have treated me great for the past 11 years. Service I was so impressed with the way Dennis Williams explained what was found during the multipoint inspection of my vehicle. Service Department is terrible. When in for oil change and tire rotation. Told them apparently the wheel weights came off again some as our 1st visit that lasted over 6 hours. So no problem rotating tires anyways so I have noted it and they will check. Hour later after we saw our truck sitting in the parking lot comes a in and says oh the original mechanic didn't see note. So another Department has to look it over. After another 1/2 hour we were told yep it's the wheel weights. So balancing and will be out. That took another hour . We spent almost 3 hours and had to go back the next day because they either did no rotate the tires or did it 2 times. We knew because I always mark the tires and keep track of the rotation. Not happy at all. More
