TERRIBLE Bought a vehicle from Sparks had a problem with the airbags turning off. Took vehicle in 5 different ocassions and the problem is still an issue. He was extremely professional, patient and went above and beyond in explaining all the features of the Rav 4 Limited. After owning a car for 15 yrs, you almost have to learn how to drive all over again ...especially getting used to the no key system and all the technology that now comes with the newer cars. I went from being in the dinasour age to the "young at heart" diva that I am now! Many thanks also to Jim Tansy and Anthony Lane for their excellent assistance. My hats off to the Service Dept. for all their extremely efficient and courteous service performed on my car. I give a 5 star rating to all the team members and to this Dealership. Well Done! Extremely high prices for repairs I brought my car in for a multipoint inspection because it's a 2005 toyota solara and I would be going on two long trips in the coming two months. I I brought my car in for a multipoint inspection because it's a 2005 toyota solara and I would be going on two long trips in the coming two months. I was informed that I needed a front axle replaced at the cost of $843.00. I contact a friend who suggested that I should try a local service station because it should be cheaper. I did and it was almost half as expensive. The local service station also informed me that my brakes needed to be replaced badly. Sparks didn't mention anything to me about the brakes but did mark down on the inspection that they needed further attention. More

Dealership customer service area is shamefully uncomfortable with soiled seating that appears nasty (very poor choice of upholstery that should be rep Dealership customer service area is shamefully uncomfortable with soiled seating that appears nasty (very poor choice of upholstery that should be replaced immediately with daily cleanable materials); only ONE MEN'S ROOM with one stall and one urinal FOR ALL CUSTOMERS and people working in the advisor area; tv has to be requested to be turned on and you watch what they want the you to see; watched two customers in customer area leave after being told quote price of repair; price quoted me was $186 dollars higher than quoted by 3 Lexus Dealerships; tech quoted 2.5 hrs labor for installation (Lexus Dealers do ii in .6 hrs labor(quite a ripoff ... tech is either bad, poorly qualified/trained or self greedy or Company is; was advised that my battery needed to be replaced...left dealership and had it checked out was advised that cells and cranking amps were good, did not need to be replaced? Southeast Toyota needs to visit this dealership and get it brought up to Toyota standards. More
