I looked all around to find myself an exceptional used car and after going to countless dealerships he was the one who finally got me into a vehicle. I normally dread car shopping but this experience was very pleasant. I didn't feel at any point pressured or taken for a fool like I normally do at dealerships as I think a lot of women tend to feel. My dream was to purchase a Jeep Grande Cherokee but they were way out of our family's budget. I was going to settle for a less expensive vehicle but she was able to find the perfect Jeep Grand Cherokee with the color I wanted, the price I wanted, and the monthly payments I wanted. I originally contacted the company through their website and she began to text information regarding the vehicle I was interested in. She quickly answered all my questions. When we decided to go to the dealership, she was very friendly, and not one bit pushy. She allowed us to test drive the car with our children to get a feel of having the family in the car. 2 days later we contacted her to negotiate the price and Christine and the dealership worked with us. We got a great deal on my dream car. We are so happy to have found Spartanburg Jeep and Christine. We bypassed several Jeep dealerships from Greenville to Spartanburg because they were not able to satisfy our needs. The staff at Spartanburg Jeep were great and Christine was excellent. Ask for Christine Schmidt....she will take care of you. The financing process was also easy and clear. Elkin Restrepo explained everything clearly and helped us out with the entire financing process. Overall, this is an excellent dealership to do business with who is not out to get you in a negative way. More
Untrained Service Tech 2014 Ram 1500 was taken to the dealer to have backup camera installed. After waiting for 6 and 1/2 hours, they came out to tell me my radio was not c 2014 Ram 1500 was taken to the dealer to have backup camera installed. After waiting for 6 and 1/2 hours, they came out to tell me my radio was not camera ready. After another visit with a handful of factual documents showing that it was, I finally went to Benson in Greer. Had them starting testing the wiring. They never got past the radio and quit for all the fault codes. After another visit to Spartanburg, they finally admitted the radio was camera ready, but that it must be a bad camera. Wiring was fine. (according to them). They don't have the knowledge to install this type of equipment. Screwed up the wiring. Blamed it on a camera they can't prove is bad, after continually fabricating stories about calling Chrysler and being told it wasn't a camera ready radio. More

Finally a chance I came to the dealership this past weekend, and for once I didn't feel rejected. Our salesman was Antonio I explained to him what we were looking for and they really didn't have anything on the lot that had everything my wife and I wanted. Antonio started searching for one which I appreciated instead of just trying to sell me one from their inventory which I'm sure his managers wanted him to do. Turns out we will have to build the jeep we want but Antonio listened and was very helpful. Great experience definitely would recommend Antonio to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
Aggregation To Say The Least Took my 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in for recalls P41 & P73. I was informed that the P73, which is a software upgrade, I would have to pay. Also, Took my 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in for recalls P41 & P73. I was informed that the P73, which is a software upgrade, I would have to pay. Also, since I was paying for that I should get all the software upgrades which I did. I also had my back drivers side tire pressure sensor flaking out and wanted them to check it. They called me later that day and said all (4) tire pressure sensors were bad and not reading. So, I told them to go ahead and replace all (4) sensors while they had it. The next day I picked up my Jeep and found out the day after that the P73 recall was never done. When I pulled my VIN up the P41 was showing complete but not P73 (the one I had to pay for along with all other software upgrades). On the way home the front driver side tire pressure sensor blinked out. So, I called up there and they said bring it back they would fix it. Took Jeep back up there and after 4 hours they claim they replaced sensor. I asked about the P73 recall and way it was showing incomplete and they told me it was probably just slow on the computer or it hasn't been put in the computer yet. On my way home, this time, the back driver side blinked out. So, I turned around and went back up there. I was told that the tech that worked on Jeep was gone to lunch, after another hour passed, they come back to tell me the tech isn't coming back today. I need to bring my Jeep back to them in the morning. I guess I may get it fixed tomorrow. Even if it is fixed tomorrow, with paying $757.99 the first day is when it should have been right. UPDATE: After the third day and the fourth time being up there, I was only there for one hour and 15 minutes. Tech replaced the back drivers side tire pressure sensor, and I actually made it all the way home this time. I haven't drove the Jeep since, but I'm hopeful the problem is resolved now. On the other hand though, it's been 17 days since the first visit of the two recalls and P73 still shows incomplete on FCA website. More
