He help me narrow my choices down and ultimately put me in the perfect car. He and Lamont Johnson took care of me quickly in an extremely professional manner. This is my second car from here and I will be back. I already have friends coming to see Antonio for cars. Thanks for a wonderful experience More
Great Experience My wife and I have been in the market for a new jeep so we visited the local dealership to see what they had in inventory. Our salesman was Antonio I My wife and I have been in the market for a new jeep so we visited the local dealership to see what they had in inventory. Our salesman was Antonio I explained to him what we were looking for and they really didn't have anything on the lot that had everything my wife and I wanted. Antonio started searching for one which I appreciated instead of just trying to sell me one from their inventory which I'm sure his managers wanted him to do. Turns out we will have to build the jeep we want but Antonio listened and was very helpful. Great experience definitely would recommend Antonio to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
Aggregation To Say The Least Took my 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in for recalls P41 & P73. I was informed that the P73, which is a software upgrade, I would have to pay. Also, Took my 07 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland in for recalls P41 & P73. I was informed that the P73, which is a software upgrade, I would have to pay. Also, since I was paying for that I should get all the software upgrades which I did. I also had my back drivers side tire pressure sensor flaking out and wanted them to check it. They called me later that day and said all (4) tire pressure sensors were bad and not reading. So, I told them to go ahead and replace all (4) sensors while they had it. The next day I picked up my Jeep and found out the day after that the P73 recall was never done. When I pulled my VIN up the P41 was showing complete but not P73 (the one I had to pay for along with all other software upgrades). On the way home the front driver side tire pressure sensor blinked out. So, I called up there and they said bring it back they would fix it. Took Jeep back up there and after 4 hours they claim they replaced sensor. I asked about the P73 recall and way it was showing incomplete and they told me it was probably just slow on the computer or it hasn't been put in the computer yet. On my way home, this time, the back driver side blinked out. So, I turned around and went back up there. I was told that the tech that worked on Jeep was gone to lunch, after another hour passed, they come back to tell me the tech isn't coming back today. I need to bring my Jeep back to them in the morning. I guess I may get it fixed tomorrow. Even if it is fixed tomorrow, with paying $757.99 the first day is when it should have been right. UPDATE: After the third day and the fourth time being up there, I was only there for one hour and 15 minutes. Tech replaced the back drivers side tire pressure sensor, and I actually made it all the way home this time. I haven't drove the Jeep since, but I'm hopeful the problem is resolved now. On the other hand though, it's been 17 days since the first visit of the two recalls and P73 still shows incomplete on FCA website. More
Best service advisor (Sidney) in the state. I recently had to bring my 2002 Chrysler Sebring touring in to be serviced and I was pleasantly surprised. There is the stigma of dealerships being im I recently had to bring my 2002 Chrysler Sebring touring in to be serviced and I was pleasantly surprised. There is the stigma of dealerships being impersonal places to get service work done, or that they are out to cheat customers, this simply was not the case here. When I pulled into the Service Lane I was met by a smiling, friendly face and taken very good care of. Sidney, my service advisor, was constantly warm and welcoming and very informative. She told me the results of the maintenance inspection as well as guided me as to what needed to be replaced now and what could wait. I feel like she tailored the service experience to my needs as a customer, both by providing a pleasant face for the dealership but also by being attentive to my expressed financial concerns and not being pushy and offering repairs that I did not need. Sidney went above and beyond other service advisors that I have had dealings with and is a shining example of what it means to be the best in customer service. The workmanship and care put into repairing my vehicle was noted and greatly appreciated as well as affordable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone of my friends but more importantly I would make sure they went to Sidney so that they were well taken care of. More
Avoid this dealership like the plague!!!! I had to purchase a key fob for my 2008 Town and Country. Called the parts department and spoke to Rick. He quoted me a price of $371 for 2 keyfobs wi I had to purchase a key fob for my 2008 Town and Country. Called the parts department and spoke to Rick. He quoted me a price of $371 for 2 keyfobs with inserts. I then asked why so much and he said they had to order them from corporate, They were on National backorder. He said programmimg was an additional $50 but that he would waive the "Programming fee". I asked him about the inserts being cut and he told me they can cut them "when you come in to pick up". He said by waiving the programming fee he could knock down the price to 321. I said yes and paid for the keys on the phone.(First big mistake). When I finally called them(because they said they woulld call me when the keys were in but it's hard when you are lying and cheating people to make a phone call)they couldn't find the order. Then they found the order and yes they were ready and I could come in and pick them up. When I got there, of course, they had to bve programmed and you can only do that when the vehicle is on the lot, it took them 35 minutes to get it done. Then it was $50 dollars extra for the programming. I asked to hear the recorded phone conversation between myself and the sales associate and they said "they didn't know how to retrieve that phone conversation". BUT since they couldn't verify that it didn't happen, they would only charge me $25. Whatever, let me outta here...but wait, there's more: I get the 2 keyfobs and neither has the key insert with them. WHAT????? Yeah they also said it would be another $60 bucks for the inserts and they didn't order them with the fobiks because "most people don't want them". Please I beg you...Do Yourself a favor and RUN AWAY from this business. If you don't you may have the same horrible experience that I and others have had. You have had fair warning from a fool who didn't listen to others and paid the price. More
Horrible Customer Service I've have tried on multiple occasions to reach the customer service department in order to get specific information on a part that I need. On multiple I've have tried on multiple occasions to reach the customer service department in order to get specific information on a part that I need. On multiple occasions, they have taken my contact info down, but have never called me back - even though they said they would. The employees also seem to be rude and there is a palpable feeling that they don't really care about the customers. I would recommend Benson Dodge up in Spartanburg for future purchases. I would give this dealership negative stars if I could. More

This dealership suffers from a systemic failure from top to bottom in service, sales, and just about anything else. I called for an entire week inquiring about a vehicle, with no one calling or emailing me back. Then, today (4/4/15) I finally spoke with a guy name STEVEN, and he told me the car would be ready for me when I got there. I asked twice to make sure, because it was an hour drive to get to the dealership! When I arrived, he pulled up the wrong car, and then acted confused about what I asked for, even though he confirmed the vehicle before I arrived. He apologized and stated that legally "he couldn't hold the car", even though an hour before that he stated it was fine. So after driving an hour, waiting 30 minutes for nothing, we finally drove off while he and managers mumbled something about trying to get "another truck" for the same price. Of course, they couldn't, and went on their merry way. My experience with them wasn't pleasant, and I want anyone who is looking for a car to know what they are getting into when they deal with these people. More
My advisor (Victoria) was great My experience at this dealership was one of the most pleasant and beneficial experiences that I have had. My daughter's car which I purchased last yea My experience at this dealership was one of the most pleasant and beneficial experiences that I have had. My daughter's car which I purchased last year; fuel pump went out @ 38600 miles. The warranty ran out at 36000. It was going to cost me over $700.00 I called the dealership where I had originally brought the car. They gave me a price of what it would cost to repair the car. They didn't mention anything about trying to help me pricewise on the repair; since it was so close to the warranty ending mileage. When I called the Spartanburg Dealership, they were very courteous and friendly. They told me to bring the car in and they would see what they could do to help me with the bill since it was so close to the warranty ending mileage. After they diagnosed my vehicle, they contacted me with the results. It turned out to be the fuel pump. They said that they would repair the vehicle at no charge to me and they gave me a 12000 mile warranty on the pump. That is what I call satisfying the customer. I will never take my vehicle back to the dealership where I originally purchased it, and I would recommend Spartanburg Chrysler Dodge dealership to any customer who likes excellent quality service and a friendly environment.
