After visiting with Big O Dodge and feeling that something was wrong with the deal they were working up for me: Specifically - price of vehicle and down payment with the promised finance rate did something was wrong with the deal they were working up for me: Specifically - price of vehicle and down payment with the promised finance rate didnt mesh the montly payment I emailed out to 4 Dodge dealerships letting them know I was looking for a specific truck, willing to pay X.XX down and what I wanted for monthly payment. The first dealership to respond was Spartanburg Dodge. Not only did they respond I was told immediately "We want your business", that was refreshing. We started working the deal through text messaging, phone calls while I was at work and when I got to the dealership after work they were ready to roll with the already promised lower percentage rate, down payment, more truck and the right monthly payment! Now that's what I call service! Point blank, I hope Dodge, Chrysler and or Jeep continue to make excellent vehicles so I never have to shop any where else other than Spartanburg Dodge. So if your reading this and your about to visit the Spartanburg Dodge dealership, please, tell MO, Josh and Will that I said Hello and I look forward to doing business with them again. Eric More
We came from Georgia for a Chrysler Pacifica. We were told the vehicle we bought was completely checked and had any problems fixed. We have had the car less than a year and three tires are completely wo told the vehicle we bought was completely checked and had any problems fixed. We have had the car less than a year and three tires are completely worn, brakes and roters need to be replaced. I drive to work and back, I am a very safe driver, these things should have been replaced before selling them, because these are unsafe for new owners. Because it was night, we could not have it looked at by service personnel. Why would someone only replace one tire before selling? I could not look at the brakes, but would have hoped that the dealership would have been honest about the fact that they were fine. If they were fine, I should not have to be replacing them right now! I guess I should have insisted on having it checked out before buying, but since we had to drive so far and so late at night we didn't. Do not buy a used car from here without having a mechanic look at it first! More

RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! THEY HAVE AN "F" GRADE WITH THE BBB!!!! I purchased a car from them and the engine lights and other lights came on a week later. I went to this dealership this past Saturday after seeing some used Dodge Chargers on their lot. I found a beautiful burgundy one but it had very high mileage for the year. The sales person herself was very friendly and I had explained our previous credit issues including a bankruptcy. But of course, they have companies that deal with those everyday you know? The first time, she came back and said they wouldn't do it on that car because of my credit, but hey, I could get a brand new one with a payment over $200 outside my budget...WHAT???? They wouldn't do a used $15000 vehicle but would do a almost $30000 one? Then they went back to the finance manager again...I was taken out to the lot and shown other vehicles. I point blank told them I was interested in the charger and that's it...still couldn't do the used Charger. Then the sales manager (young black guy) got involved and ensured me they'd figure it out for me. Just then the sales person turned the corner in a brand new Charger with a $27000 sticker...told me not to pay attention to that, my payment would be $500...THEY DID NOT LISTEN TO A WORD I SAID!!! They tried to sell me about every other car on that lot besides the one I wanted! I threw my hands up in disgust, said a few choice words and left. Later I found out they could work the deal on the used Charger for me...too bad and so sad for them...TOO LATE! I would not buy that car for $1 from them...they are as crooked as the day is long!! I have also made a formal complaint to Dodge...we'll see if that does any good..doubtful, but hopeful! More
I bought a 2007 Saturn Vue from Aaron. I completed the transaction completely on-line. Everything went very smoothly. As a single, young, female shopping for a car, i have to admit i was a little bit scared of the typical car salesman coming out to rip me off, but i was treated with respect and got a GREAT deal. I bought a 2007 Caliber back in June of 2006 from here, and although i didn't have a bad experience back then, i have to say the new management team was just amazing. More
