I've had one of the worst car buying experiences ever I went to this dealership Saturday after them calling me several times on Friday told them two separate times I was busy but would come Saturday. went to this dealership Saturday after them calling me several times on Friday told them two separate times I was busy but would come Saturday. Before I could get there Saturday ( I arrived there to look at the car around 1 Saturday) I received two more phone calls from them making sure I was still coming after I explained that I was 2hrs away on the first call. The sales person ( Antonio Golden) was nice very Knowledgeable on the vehicle I was trying to purchase. However when it came to The finance manager, he was very pushy and adamant on me. Paying more interest than I really had to after I explained. I could get financing cheaper somewhere else. After him showing me payment options I was not comfortable with I simply told him to write me a purchase order for the car and I would be back Monday. He came back with it and I left. Monday morning I get up an go to my bank to get the check for the car some of the information on purchase order is wrong so she has to call them to get another emailed to her. She get the email and finished the paperwork for my loan. They have me send them proof of check and Insurance information so they could start paperwork and hold the car. Well shortly after I get on the road to go pick up the car they called me and say someone else is coming to look at it and they wouldn't be able to sell it to me until this person came an look at it and decided not to buy it. An even if I arrived before them that I would have to wait even if I already had check. For a company to completely waste a Customer time in that matter is completely unacceptable and would not Recommend this dealership for anyone. If you don't want to Finance thur them I went and got a interest rate half of what they were offering me. I truly believe that they don't want to sell it to me because I didn't want to pay there interest rate from there lenders(I had a check for the car shouldn't matter which bank give it to me)it's a shame that as a dealer you rather your customers pay more interest than they have too. More
It has been two weeks today that I traded in My Tesla and purchased a 2023 Pacifica and they still have not paid off my loan on the Tesla. I obviously do not recommend purchasing here. Unhelpful. Vehicle I purchased is now burning oil and I’m told it’s a unfortunate circumstance. Stay away from their service department, cross threaded my elderly grandparents tires and marked off on all several service reports after as they were good. After their passing, I inherited this car, found my elderly grandparents tires and marked off on all several service reports after as they were good. After their passing, I inherited this car, found the issue and tracked service to the last rotation as no one else has touched the car. I was cussed at, told they didn't kill my grandparents (which if they kept driving it with those bolts, they could have) so it wasn't their problem called entitled and arrogant by the service manager for asking questions about how their inspections actually work after being told I was going to be charged almost 500$, as they'd signed off on the tires the two oil changes after the rotation. This was most unprofessional and disrespectful event I've ever dealt with in my adult life. They dropped the car without fixing the problem, the service manager told me never to come back. I get home and ruined a tire iron getting one bolt off because it was cross threaded the opposite in another direction and slag all over the nut where it was cross threaded and extremely over tightened just to be a smart @$$. The nuts have new flat spots from being so over tightened. This job took me an hour in my driveway and 30$ in parts. Avoid the disrespect, belittlement, and overpaying. Do it yourself or go elsewhere. More

Personable, professional, thoughtful, kind, diligent: just not enough adjectives to convey how terrific Ty was in every respect. He has a phenomenal work ethic, so rare these days! He did everything he said he would do, that’s called integrity. Service & Finance did a fine job as well, but it all started and ended with Ty. Ask for him—you will not be disappointed! More
