Excellent Customer Service I sent an email through the Costco Auto Program of description of vehicle we were looking for and the very next morning was contacted by Koty Kollmar. I sent an email through the Costco Auto Program of description of vehicle we were looking for and the very next morning was contacted by Koty Kollmar. Koty informed me he had several used and new vehicles that fit our description. He had us test drive a couple vehicles and once we chose one he stayed after hours to insure we were comfortable throughout the whole process. He even personally delivered the car to our home a couple days later which was approximately 50 miles away from the dealership. Thank you to all who had a hand in completing our new truck purchase.
