This service department maybe good at regular maintenance stuff, you know where they can do mindless work but when it comes to warranty stuff as in my case chasing rattles and fixing them you get all lip service but absolutely zero resolution.
So people who sit in my car and multiple people have asked me why a car with less than 15,000 miles has rattles and creaking but when i brought it into service and i point out the rattles and creaks all i get is "oh i don't hear anything". More lip service are the excuses! For example Acura prohibits tint because the weight of the tint can cause windows to rattle". Seriously?! When i first went there the service manager Angelo Pari's words were "we do our very best Everytime" i definitely don't feel that was the case. Each time i got the car back i could still hear the rattles within my ride back home. But obviously they didn't hear anything. Again more lip service was "oh all Acuras have certain threshold when it comes to creaks and rattles and they are deemed normal". I mean i know Acura's quality has gone down but seriously when are rattles/creaks considered normal especially when my friends can hear then but magically the service techs, multiple service techs according to Angelo Pari's hear nothing.
So in summary if you have any issues other than regular maintenance look elsewhere! Otherwise you may get more lip service and zero resolution
