I purchased my Passat Wagon 3 years ago and have had all of the service done at Speedcraft. They know their customers by name, and from the time I call to schedule an appointment to the time I walk out the of the service done at Speedcraft. At other service centers I was always wary of being overcharged or pressured into buying services I didn't need. At Speedcraft I am confident that I am charged a fair price for excellent work. The competing dealers with which I deal are large "factories" located in the Providence metropolitan area. While their selection is good, their high pressure approach to the relationship is annoying. At Speedcraft, a relatively small dealership, I felt no pressure, all employees were friendly (even the non sales employees), and the selection of vehicles was broad and of high quality. I did not feel like I had to be concerned about the history of the car or the way it had been maintained. While I was in search of a second family car, I will not hesitate to return when searching for a new primary vehicle. VW has certainly come a long way. More
