Speedcraft VW is the worst dealership I have ever done business with. First they tried changing the price at time of signing. Then they fax my insurance info to the wrong number so I lost a day. Took them several days to get my car registered, which in turn I had to volunteer to get the plates myself because they were too lazy to drive 20 mins to their other dealership. What really pissed me off is I asked Daniel Burden and Sam Cary to make sure the front license plate bracket does not get installed. I had planned on installing one that mounts from under the bumper so no holes are drilled into the bumper. When I pick up my car the bracket is on and they tell me they have to do that per state law. Mind you I live in Massachusetts and I bought the car in Rhode Island, so I am responsible to get the inspection sticker myself. Speedcraft VW refused to work with me, I went as far as the VP of the company and he is useless as well. I contacted VW customer care and they could not help due to VP refusing to do anything. Please go somewhere else. Stay far away, they do not care about the customer. I will never buy a VW/Audi product again. Poor taste. More

I worked with Dan Burden by phone and email and he made the process smooth and easy and gave me a very fair value on my trade-in. No surprises, no hidden costs, no high pressure to buy extras. We went there on a Friday, test drove the car to make sure it was what we really wanted, and then completed the paperwork in about 30 minutes. Ryan Edgar walked us through the car and made sure we understood everything we needed to know and made sure it was fully charged for us. We were driving away in the new car less the 2 hours after we got there. I highly recommend these guys. More

Less than one star! The WORST service from a VW dealer I have ever experienced. Brought my car in for its 10k service, and also had a couple issues I asked them to fix. My trunk would not open for some reas have ever experienced. Brought my car in for its 10k service, and also had a couple issues I asked them to fix. My trunk would not open for some reason, and the tire pressure indicator on the monitor system would not store. I have a cargo liner made specifically for my trunk, and I have never ever experienced any issue with either the liner or the trunk opening in the year I’ve had this car. They told me the liner was “too close” to the trunk latch and that is why my trunk would not open anymore. I thought that did not sound right, but so long as my trunk was working again I don’t really care what the problem was. They also told me they did a software update and my car information on the monitor was storing and operating fine. I also asked for my car to be washed (something I have never had to ask for elsewhere before, as they would always tell me right away that this would be done). When they told me I was all set, I walked out to my car and I was shocked. It was NOT washed at all. It was soaking wet, but just as dirty as when I got there. Clearly all they did was spray it with a hose and called it a day. I was extremely disappointed to see that, but I guess it’s not the biggest deal so long as everything was fixed and the service portion had been completed. Well now I don’t even trust that the service was performed, because when I got home (and I live 20+ miles away) I discovered NOTHING AT ALL had been fixed!!! The trunk still won’t open, the monitor is no different, and then on top of that now I was REALLY angry about how my car had been left. How lazy can you be?!! And when I folded down my seats to investigate this liner matter, I could very clearly see it is nowhere near the latch, as I suspected. I immediately called the dealership and asked for service. There was no answer so I left a message. No call back. I call again the next day. The service manager was out on a personal day, but he promised to call me first thing the next day. I can understand that, no problem, just so long as I do receive a call. NEVER. CALLED. ME. BACK. If I were VW, I would be embarrassed to allow this place to represent their name. Horrible, horrible, experience. First and last time here!! More

Would recommend going there. Can't speak for all the people who work there but the person who took care of me, Ryan and Rod gave me a great experience even though it took 4 hours and it was 45 minutes past closing. More
