Shane Hagans could not have made my first car purchase any easier! My husband and I showed up looking for a new vehicle for me with little idea of what we were looking for. Shane took the time introducing us (me) to the various models available, answering a plethora of questions, and helping me build an idea of what my dream vehicle might be. Shane encouraged us to test drive multiple vehicles multiple times. He could tell I was picky and he wanted to ensure I ended up with a vehicle that had everything on my wish list. Many hours later, I found the car... MY car. This was the first vehicle I ever felt was perfect for me. Okay... that was the fun part, now on to the paperwork, negotiating, signing, etc.. Was very pleased until after i had signed all the paperwork the vehicle only came with one key and they were unwilling to provide a second key. They gave me a quote to get a second key and after call paperwork the vehicle only came with one key and they were unwilling to provide a second key.
