Last week my friend purchased a used car from them and I was looking for a particular truck that showed up a week later. I test drove the truck and was extremely disappointed with it. Read over all contracts especially the loan agreement. There was a typo on the form that would have caused the contract to get returned. I did a lot of research before buying my Jeep. I pretty much knew what I wanted, but just needed to test drive it. I went to the local Jeep dealer with my husband, and they set us up for a test drive (we much knew what I wanted, but just needed to test drive it. I went to the local Jeep dealer with my husband, and they set us up for a test drive (we saw their commercial on TV during the Olympics). The Jeep Grand Cherokee is a great vehicle! Despite a few interesting and funny events that occurred that night, the staff was friendly and willing to work with us. Logan was able to get us into the price range we were looking for, and we made up our minds to purchase a Jeep that night. They brought us the vehicle that next day (the one we wanted was not on the lot). The paperwork process was painless, the car was clean, and they did everything they needed to do to to get me all set up. Even the service department was friendly (they had to install my nav and plates). I appreciate the friendly attitude and look forward to working with them for any future maintenance or vehicles.
