I called the dealership prior to coming in and had the privilege of speaking to salesman Mike Connelly. I explained to him that before I came in, and not wanting to waste his time, that I had recently had privilege of speaking to salesman Mike Connelly. Mike was extremely empathetic to my situation and spoke to me for about ten minutes on the phone about possibilities that I could be looking at. I arrived at the dealership about 30 minutes later and when we sat down, I felt at ease speaking with him about my situation. He did not come off like the typical car salesman, rather spoke to me like he knew me for years. He put me at ease and showed me some options that made me feel like he put me, the customer first. In a day and age when customers are not always treated they way they should be when purchasing a produce or service, Mike came through with flying colors and now has a customer for life. More
