I bought my 2013 Chrysler 200 yesterday and couldnt have asked for a better experience. My salesman Mike Marinelli answered all my questions and made sure i was comfortable with the transaction. I went to Spirit a couple weeks ago to look at a mustang I found on their site. I talked to Mike on the phone first and he was very helpful and gave me every detail about the car and set up an time that was I found on their site. DAN STEPHENS CAME OUT TO MEET US, WHEN WE WERE LOOKING AT THE DODGE CALIBER .HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE CAR. HE GOT THE KEYS AND GAVE THE KEYS TO MY BROTHER SO HE COULD TEST DRIVE IT. my experience was horrible. the jeep I purchased had very nice wheels on it, that's initially what attracted me to the vehicle. after I agreed to purchase the vehicle, they informed me that the bank would no nice wheels on it, that's initially what attracted me to the vehicle. after I agreed to purchase the vehicle, they informed me that the bank would not finance the jeep with these wheels on the vehicle. ive never heard of such a thing. needless to say, they took the nice wheels off and put very plain 16 inch wheels on. I wish now I would have said no to the deal, also wish I could take the jeep back. just 2 days ago I came across a woman that has the same exact jeep, wth the nice wheels and I told her my situation, and she said that was nuts and that I should have went to cherry hill jeep! if I had only knew!
