I purchased a new minivan 2 1/2 years ago from Spirit and recently I was in the market for a Jeep. I returned back to Spirit because of their professionalism and knowledge of the vehicles they were selling. recently I was in the market for a Jeep. They didn't have the Jeep that I was looking for but they were able to locate one and bring it to their lot. They worked hard to get me to be where I needed to be with my trade and payments and the deal was done. I would return back for my next vehicle and would recommend Spirit to anyone looking for a low pressure and pleasant experience when buying a car. More

I found the exact car I was looking on AutoTrader.com listed as being available at Spirt Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I e-mailed for more info and Rod responded almost immediately on a Sunday (when the dealershi listed as being available at Spirt Chrysler Jeep Dodge. After he did a little footwork he found the car and had it at the dealership for me the following Monday when I could stop by to check it out. Rod was extremely helpful, personable, and totally understood what I was looking for. He never rushed or pressured me,ad I sincerely appeciated that. My one and only negative take away from the experience was with the financing officer. He was unwilling to budge an inch on trade-in value (which I still believe was a good 1500 to 2000 less than it should have been), insisted that their markup on extended warranties was only 30 points, and all-in-all made me fairly uncomfortable and almost had me walk away from the entire process. If it wasn't for the fact that it was a fairly hard to find model at a reasonable price, and that Rod had been so gracious and attentive up to that point, I probably would have walked away without making the purchase. Dan was great and worked with us to purchase the Jeep. He knew that I was very interested and helped to secure it while we waited for the credit union to get all of the paperwork done. We found the vehicle we were looking for on Spirit's website. We went to the dealership and were greated by Dan Stephens who was friendly and helpful. Even though it was late in the day, several employees stayed to clean up the car and get some paperwork done. It was a true team effort.
