Second time I scheduled an appointment and get there and they have no record. It is frustrating and a total inconvenience. Then to be told, I am the one causing a problem. Crazy, crazy! It is unfortunate that not 1 time in which I have brought my business to Spirit service center, no one there has said THANK YOU! I have definitely said it, believing that maybe one of them would say, no, thank you. There is nothing special about using their service department, except they are the closest. But, I will return and double check before I go, that I actually have an appointment. More
