I didn't feel as though my needs were truly heard. I requested for full synthetic oil and was provided blended synthetic. Also seemed like the coupon selected was the least of value in comparison to t I requested for full synthetic oil and was provided blended synthetic. Also seemed like the coupon selected was the least of value in comparison to the others that were applicable for more cost savings. I was also notified during payment that there's also a 3% uncharge for credit card use. It may not seem a lot but these small observations and outcomes do make a difference when making a choice in the future. I will say that people were very polite at the dealership though. More
