The service is slow. When you make an appointment and they don't honor the time set, it causes disruption in your plans. 2.5 hours for an oil change is way too long espec When you make an appointment and they don't honor the time set, it causes disruption in your plans. 2.5 hours for an oil change is way too long especially when they don't take your car in until an hour after your appointment time. Unfortunately this is the last straw for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
