wonderful second car buying experience traded in 2014 jeep grand cherokee for 2016 model. New car had some problems after one day and I no longer felt safe in vehicle. poor customer service Went in to pickup a part my wife ordered yesterday. the guy behind the counter had no information regarding the order looked for the other counterman. Went in to pickup a part my wife ordered yesterday. the guy behind the counter had no information regarding the order looked for the other counterman. found him he had taken the order and trashed the information for the car and didnt pull the part afer being told we would be in to pick it up today then proceeded to tell me i cant help you with out the vin. how is it my fault for his poor record keeping. after asking if they can do a search by chassis they said no. so i left with out the part i ordered and will never do business with this dealership again. No pressure! At first I was hesitant to visit the dealership because I had shopped and leased elsewhere in the past. When I walked in I was greeted by Emily who quickly took our information and showed us the vehicle. After negotiating the lease price I was out of there in an hour. In our haste to get home the dealership forgot to fill the tank which was promptly taken care of when I returned for the tags. This is a no pressure smaller dealership where the customer still comes first. Don't be surprised if the person your talking to is the owner or his son. More
