They stole my personal belongings I was told no clean my car out when I returned with the title. I advised them I had to apply for a duplicate and it would take 10 days. When I returned with the title they already had my old car detailed and all of my personal items were gone Deal seemed uninterested in getting to the bottom of it and reaching out to whoever they hired to detail the car. Now have the Woolrich township police involved Will never do business with this dealer again or refer anyone there unless they make this right!!! More

I knew my situation would be challenging considering the hit my credit took due to divorce. I was greeted by sales rep James Makes. Polite, personable and honest right from the start. Honestly can not say enough good things about him. Long story short, I left there with a new "used" car which should h1ave just been co sidered new. Flawless and with little miles. Best part was they kept me in my payment range and put me in the car I actually wanted. Very impressed considering the challenge!!! JUST ABOUT THE SALE THEN FORGOTTEN. It amazes me the lack of personal interaction between myself and my salesman and sales manager after I bought my jeep. Guess I didn't pay enough for personal interaction. Dylan wasn't even there but got credit for the sale so I negotiated with George. These guys completely ignore me now that I'm an owner. The only reason i give 2 stars is because Mike has made this experience tolerable and is a credit to the dealership, otherwise I would rate it as a 1. I am sitting here today waiting on my jeep to be serviced and passed by George and Dylan several times and they have said nothing to me. Mike said hello and is a great guy. Before this I have left several messages for George and Dylan and never got a return Call. I purchased a service plan but am sorry that I will now have to return until it is over since the were not very friendly. The parts department seemed ok but the service advisors were not very friendly either. Not sure about the service of my vehicle but may send a second rating later. I would not recommend this place to anyone and cannot wait until I never have to return. My intent was to find a dealership to deal with for many years but will now look elsewhere. Sorry but I don't go along to get along. I call it like I see it. More
