Great Experience - updated, Failure to follow through When I walked in to the dealership, they found me a salesman right away. No pressure, when I said I wanted to see how it drove on the highway, even though we weren't near one, we drove to one. No pressure sale. They got me water bottles and kept me comfortable. Update 9/8/15 When I went to the dealer to pick up my registration 3 weeks later I was told that my warranty parts were in. The dealer is about 40 minutes from my house, so I wanted to take care of everything in one visit. Upon arrival Dan gave me my cargo mat I was waiting for. When we went back to parts to get the new windshield bolt due to the original being rusty, I was told it was never ordered. The dealer also owed me touch up paint to fix a chipped roof panel. That wasn't there either. When I asked Dan Stephens, my sales person to swap the bolt with a new Jeep and use the one on order for the replacement, he told me that the dealer wouldn't do that. It would cost me more to return to the dealer than the cost to just buy a bolt from a closer dealer. When I asked him to ask a manager, he was argumentative with me, but eventually asked and the bolt was swapped out. The paint I was told was on back-order. I called a local dealer and was told the paint was in stock in the depot and it would be in the next day. That cost me $18. I called to tell their parts manager, and I found out that he had just started that day and he would look into it. Turns out whoever looked the paint up was looking at the wrong part number. It was in stock. Dan Stephens also told me in an e-mail, If I filled out this review, I would get a $25 gift card from him. It's been over a month. No card. I wonder how many others they bribe for a favorable review. Keep your card! More

Commiting to a local dealership When my house burned down in 2013 Ron, Mike and Alyssa Baus were kind enough to lend us a car at no charge until we were able replace both of our car When my house burned down in 2013 Ron, Mike and Alyssa Baus were kind enough to lend us a car at no charge until we were able replace both of our cars which were lost in the fire. My wife and I did not forget their kindness. We felt that when the time came we would try and show our gratitude. There was a Jeep Jamboree at a local speedway recently and we were able to test drive a Wrangler. All I can say is it was love at first sight. We found a pre-owned 2009 Wrangler and were able to make a deal. Our sales person James Manes, who gave me his card at the Jamboree, did a great job guiding us through the process. We test drove a number of Jeeps before we made our decision. He has only been there a short time but he handled the sale like a pro. More
