poor customer service Went in to pickup a part my wife ordered yesterday. the guy behind the counter had no information regarding the order looked for the other counterman. Went in to pickup a part my wife ordered yesterday. the guy behind the counter had no information regarding the order looked for the other counterman. found him he had taken the order and trashed the information for the car and didnt pull the part afer being told we would be in to pick it up today then proceeded to tell me i cant help you with out the vin. how is it my fault for his poor record keeping. after asking if they can do a search by chassis they said no. so i left with out the part i ordered and will never do business with this dealership again. I came in with an issue that I thought was going to be time-consuming and expensive, but James walked with me to my car, checked it out and explained to me (in a way that made sense to me) that the problem was not huge and something that I could easily take care of on my own. James was professional, knowledgeable courteous and funny. He really made me feel at ease. Job well done!! They stole my personal belongings I was told no clean my car out when I returned with the title. I advised them I had to apply for a duplicate and it would take 10 days. When I returned with the title they already had my old car detailed and all of my personal items were gone Deal seemed uninterested in getting to the bottom of it and reaching out to whoever they hired to detail the car. Now have the Woolrich township police involved Will never do business with this dealer again or refer anyone there unless they make this right!!! More
