Very dishonest especially in the service department. They have lied to my face repeatedly about a part that should be covered. However they insist that the mirror got hit. The ram was also sold They have lied to my face repeatedly about a part that should be covered. However they insist that the mirror got hit. The ram was also sold to me with a faulty horn, faulty driver's side seat belt. Lights on the dash, etc.... My vehicle is a 2023 ram and has been in the shop twice since i purchased it in June. If you are thinking of doing business here please run. More

Didn’t have staff to work on truck for over 30 days then charged tear down and other expenses for what should’ve been covered as warranty. Love the small town feel of this dealer. Ive been trying to find a new dealer to take my truck in for service as sadly the dealer I bought my truck from and another dealer I used have become Ive been trying to find a new dealer to take my truck in for service as sadly the dealer I bought my truck from and another dealer I used have become untrustworthy. The service writer came out with the work order and confirmed with me what I needed done and what oil change package I wanted to use. I will be going to Spirit for all my vehicle purchase and service needs going forward. More

All around the worst experience I’ve had. Felt pressured by service advisor. I have a RAM Mastercard from which I redeemed 15000 points to get an $150.00 virtual card.
