The entire process was easy. I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. While my truck was there they did the standard multi point inspection and found a leaking seal. Carter was great at communicating everything and kept my truck for an extra day and coordinated with the tech so the work could get done quickly versus picking it up and rescheduling.
