Thank you for providing this feedback, and we apologize for not providing you with an exceptional service experience. Due to items you had in the vehicle, it made the road test for noise quite difficult. The service advisor did offer to you for the car to be brought back in for additional testing "at no charge" if the noise persisted. So, please feel free to contact us if the noise is still present and we will be happy to reinspect your vehicle at no additional charge to you.
