We are sorry your disappointed with the decision not to install parts you purchased at an unknown source . The liability is far to great for us to assume in the event that there could be some type of quality issue especially as something as critical to safety as brake parts.

We have a strong commitment to our customers to provide exceptional customer service, while also repairing your vehicle to proper standards that guarantee it will perform correctly and safely. Part of that repair process is to use factory approved OEM parts that will be fully warrantied against defect or malfunction. While we understand the need for our customers to try and save money, us installing parts that were purchased from an unknown source, would compromise our commitment to the safety and reliability of the repairs that we do.
