I recently purchased a 2019 BMW X5 from Spitzer Buick GMC Nissan in Findlay, OH, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From start to finish, Tysen Lata (Sales & Leasing Consultant) and Nick Robi Nissan in Findlay, OH, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. From start to finish, Tysen Lata (Sales & Leasing Consultant) and Nick Robinson (Sales Manager) were absolute rock stars. They were extremely communicative via both email and phone before I even arrived, which made the process smooth and stress-free. When I got to the dealership, the paperwork was already prepped and ready after a quick test drive. Tysen was instrumental in ensuring everything was in order, and I really appreciated the efficiency and attention to detail. Their pricing was very competitive, and the added peace of mind from the Spitzer Certified Pre-Owned warranty sealed the deal. What stood out most was that I never once felt the typical “used car salesman” pressure—just genuine professionalism and great service. It was absolutely worth the drive from Ann Arbor, MI, to Findlay, OH. Bonus points: Nick is a huge Breaking Bad fan, so if you’re into great TV and in the market for a new or used vehicle, this is the place to go!
