I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of jeep grand Cherokee. I was there in September to repair a defective oil valve issue. I was charged. I questioned warranty coverage. Then they checked and lo and behold it was covered. While there they provide all kinds of diagnostic info on my car - not a word about battery life. Then two months later I need both batteries replaced? I got on a group forum for jeep and there are constant remarks about faulty moist batteries and the electronics. SERIOUSLY! I will never buy another Chrysler product AND I will never buy from Spitzers. 😡 More
