The day they delivered my vehicle the automatic running board on the drivers side wasn't working. Even though I had a 30 Day bumper to bumper warranty plus paid their premium warranty package, was not unde board on the drivers side wasn't working. Put used tires that just made state requirement for tread depth on the vehicle after replacing badly worn ones. When I purchased it said they would put new tires on it before I purchased it, 7 pin trailer plug wasn't working. I drove the vehicle back over to them and said it was OK. When I got home I hooked it up to the trailer and it still wasn't working. Hooked my trailer up to my Ford F250 and the lights worked great. I called them and I was told to go to a Cadillac dealership to find out what was wrong. I suggest don't buy any used vehicle from them. More

Worst buying experience ever. Service and parts have one person willing to help and one person that will ignore you completely. 3 times I was supposed to recieve a call back about my vehicle that I just bou person willing to help and one person that will ignore you completely. 3 times I was supposed to recieve a call back about my vehicle that I just bought being g ready for me to pick up and no one called. Repairs were sub par, scratched leather seat, poor door adjustment, and dealer takes no responsibility for any of it. Customer service is horrible and make sure you get all keys for your vehicle, it will cost you after you sign. More

Made an appointment and drove several hours to look at a "clean" 2 year old truck that ended up having rust on the rocker panels and the cab. Also, upon entry into the dealership the vehicle was not ready f "clean" 2 year old truck that ended up having rust on the rocker panels and the cab. Also, upon entry into the dealership the vehicle was not ready for the appointment and the person I was scheduled to see was unavailable, instead a salesman from the next-door chevy dealership was there to assist. I made an offer based on the vehicle needing rust repair and new tires. My offer was not even entertained, the sales associated said they did not want to "insult" or "embarrass himself" with his manager. Told me "you seem like a nice lady, get back on the road and so you can get home at a decent time." I did not catch the salesman's name and he never gave me a business card, never took down my information to help me find the right vehicle, was not able to explain the options of the truck except for the fact that it was his cousins truck, and was wearing his mask inappropriately the entire time below his nose. Highly unprofessional and typical dealership that isn't willing to work with women and wants to treat them in a stereotypical manner. I would never recommend anyone to this facility for a used vehicle. To be fair the truck was fairly priced for a clean truck with decent tires and without rust or other cosmetic issues. More
