When I arrived to finalize the transaction, I was welcomed at the door and directed to Tom Schuman who was prepared with the all the paper work and immediately began explaining, then pointing to spots that required my signature. Upon completion of the paperwork, I asked about parking my old vehicle until I could return with someone to drive it home. Tom offered to follow me with my old vehicle and then I took him back to the dealership. That definitely topped off the buying experience at Spitzer Chevorlet in Amherst. More
