Couldn't be happier After a long day at work, I drove home to Elyria from Avon Lake to pick up my wife to look at a car she had seen online. We had no sooner parked our c After a long day at work, I drove home to Elyria from Avon Lake to pick up my wife to look at a car she had seen online. We had no sooner parked our car when an employee met and greeted us. My wife explained she has called earlier, and the employee knew who she was and took us to Anthony. He explained another couple was looking at the car, but if we could wait a few minutes, he would ascertain their interest. He came back a few minutes later, saying the couple was going to buy it, but offered to help us find a suitable alternative. He was about to work some numbers on a different vehicle, when the manager came in and told Anthony the other couple's financing did no go through, so the car we came to see was still available. Anthony and Steve, the finance manager, worked very hard to get the payment we wanted. I was completely satisfied with my experience with Spitzer Chevy, and am not at all surprised Anthony is the number 1 salesperson in the company. He's certainly number 1 with me. More
