The level of customer care experienced at Spitzer Chevrolet - Amherst's Service Department was second to none. This dealership clearly has the concept of the "customer experience" nailed. Everyone I interacted with went out of their way to be sure that I was taken care of and felt comfortable and at ease. Thank you Joe from spitzer. This purchase was the easiest I have ever experienced. Joe knew exactly what I was looking for. The first car Joe showed me, I bought. I loved it. I knew Tom from a previous car sale and hoped he was on the floor when I went in to the dealership. He listened politely to my needs, didn't pressure me into buying more than what I wanted, and introduced the floor when I went in to the dealership. Tom got the paper work started and Amanda finished the sale? I recently went into the dealership with an insurance issue and it was taken care of. Both the manager and Amanda went above and beyond in customer service. I am treated with respect by all who work at Spitzer Amherst, from Dave in service to Tom and Amanda in sales. Even the general manager and finance people know me as a repeat customer and greet me when I am at the dealership. This type of team work which respects the customer and responds to questions honestly has earned my customer loyalty. More

I was promised touch up paint for my Nissan Quest. I never received it even after returning multiple times to this dealership. I'm very disappointed. We went to several dealerships before buying at Spitzer. I was really not impressed with any of them. Amanda did not pressure me at all. Had a noise in the front end. my equinox has 90k miles and I thought the worst. The guys checked out the issue. I have had similar Great experiences in the past with Amherst Spitzer service and remember making the comment then " I want to buy more cars from Spitzer just so I can have them serviced there in Amherst, becasue I felt so good about the treatment" More
I was shopping for a new Corvette on the internet...found one I was interested in... requested a quote by email...Drove to the dealer...met with Steve...gota great deal and drove home with a new 2008 Corvett one I was interested in... requested a quote by email...Drove to the dealer...met with Steve...gota great deal and drove home with a new 2008 Corvette Coupe. He took me on a tour of the Service Dept and described the major functionalities of the car. Start to finish....6 Hours. Everyone was very friendly and courtious. Would definately shop this dealer again even though there are closer Chevy dealers. I believe they are the Largest Corvette Dealer in Ohio. More
