Had a noise in the front end. my equinox has 90k miles and I thought the worst. The guys checked out the issue. Verified the cause and didn't try to get more business , just what I needed to get done. Too and I thought the worst. The guys checked out the issue. I am thrilled with Fair service people like Spitzer service and would reccomend the service center to anyone. I have had similar Great experiences in the past with Amherst Spitzer service and remember making the comment then " I want to buy more cars from Spitzer just so I can have them serviced there in Amherst, becasue I felt so good about the treatment" More

I was shopping for a new Corvette on the internet...found one I was interested in... requested a quote by email...Drove to the dealer...met with Steve...gota great deal and drove home with a new 2008 Corvett one I was interested in... requested a quote by email...Drove to the dealer...met with Steve...gota great deal and drove home with a new 2008 Corvette Coupe. He took me on a tour of the Service Dept and described the major functionalities of the car. Start to finish....6 Hours. Everyone was very friendly and courtious. Would definately shop this dealer again even though there are closer Chevy dealers. I believe they are the Largest Corvette Dealer in Ohio. More
