I came in for an oil and filter change with a tire rotation. I presented a coupon that was emailed to me for $74.49 for these services. I was billed $96.23 with no explanation as to why. I was 15 rotation. I presented a coupon that was emailed to me for $74.49 for these services. I was billed $96.23 with no explanation as to why. I was 15 minutes early for my 12:30 appointment but did not get my vehicle back until after 2:00. I have never waited over an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. A very disappointing experience. More
