I think they have really really changed.. I have had no problems with their service department, yet.. the biggest problem was CHEVROLET making them do step ONE before they got to what was the problem (we may have to pay for that cause it wasn't covered under our ext.warranty - but they are working with us on that) The guys in service.. will do their best to get you in and out and get it fixed and even give you a ride if you need one! Brandon and Spitzer went out of there way to get me my Cruze. I got it on a pull ahead and they went to West Virginia to get it for me!
