Carol was waiting for us after our call and warmly welcomed us. We examined the car we were interested in and pointed out the necessary repairs. After making the decision to buy, we were treated welcomed us. We examined the car we were interested in and pointed out the necessary repairs. After making the decision to buy, we were treated to a complimentary lunch while waiting for a financial clerk to finalize the paperwork. Carol meticulously went over the operations and answered all questions to our satisfaction. All was properly taken care of and we have been very happy with our purchase. Carol made a follow-up call to me (main driver) and offered to help me better understand the panel of electronics functions if I could stop by, which I hope to do. More

CAROL FERRY then purchased a used one about a year later from her.. she is my favorite sales person~ and have been using their "new team" in the service department... long ago, I used to hear that people would never take their car back to THIS service dept. I think they have really really changed.. I have had no problems with their service department, yet.. the biggest problem was CHEVROLET making them do step ONE before they got to what was the problem (we may have to pay for that cause it wasn't covered under our ext.warranty - but they are working with us on that) The guys in service.. will do their best to get you in and out and get it fixed and even give you a ride if you need one! More
