Buying a new car can be an intimidating experience. Not here, Brandon went the extra mile to find me the car at the price I wanted to pay and also offered me a fair trade in on my old car. I have shopped and bought many new and used cars and I can honestly say that I never had a dealership experience like this one. I was online serching for a silverado and came across one at Spitzer and on can honestly say that I never had a dealership experience like this one. I was online serching for a silverado and came across one at Spitzer and on my lunch the next day I went to look at it and hooked up with Shawn, he was very educated about the trucks he sold and he told me about this truck and we took it for a ride and the one thing that sets this dealership apart from any other I have shopped is the pricing.Shawn had explained the pricing and how it worked he was very honest and no let me talk with my manager bull so that being said I asked if he could do one thing for me to close the deal and without struggle he agreed so I made the purchase. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and already have, awesome job to Shawn. I have owned the truck now for two months now and had a fuel problem but lucky for me I bought my truck at Spitzer's and this is where I meat Jarod, this guy has gone out of his way to ensure my every need been taken of as far as picking my truck up at my work and delivering it back to me with the problem fixed to renting me a truck and them picking me up at my house. Great work never gets noticed but I hope this review helps and these guys get the reconition they deserve. I had an appointment to have a transmission leak fixed at 8:30 am was told this would take about one and a half hours to complete. At about 10:30 am I was told they were having trouble getting the right o at 8:30 am was told this would take about one and a half hours to complete. At about 10:30 am I was told they were having trouble getting the right oil and they were on there way with the oil they would need it should be done around 12 noon. Then at about 1:30 pm was told they are still on road getting the oil then at 3:00 pm was told they were getting me a rental car at 3:30pm rental finally showed up. I thought the reson you make an appointment is so you can be prepared to do the job!!!!!! I had 7 Hrs wasted sitting there and was told atleast once they were on ther way with the oil witch was a lie and my 7 hours got me a coupon for a free oil change well I will never step foot back in spitzers again an oil change for you not being prepaired!!!!!!!!!!!!!! come on. More

Andy and Mike were particularly fast and accommodatin car dealers over the years and was particularly pleased with the service I received at Spitzer. I had a great experince with Carol Ferry she is very knowledgeable of the car and the functions of every thing in the vehicle. I have worked for GM in many positions from harness builder, tech, Quality knowledgeable of the car and the functions of every thing in the vehicle. I have worked for GM in many positions from harness builder, tech, Quality Control foreman and found the more information you have on the product the better you can work with people and sell a great product. Carol had the knowlege and she showed her talent in showing me my car I travel several miles to go to this dealership. I also meet people there that are driving many more miles that I do to use this dealer. Although we both have GM dealers a lot closer. The maintance area is very friendly and they take care to explain each and everything they are doing to your car. I have recomended this dealship to my friends and they do buy their cars their also.
