Trevor was very friendly. He was patient and willing to work with me in my negotiation for my trade in. I felt respected and valued as a customer. Buying a new car can be an intimidating experience. Not here, Brandon went the extra mile to find me the car at the price I wanted to pay and also offered me a fair trade in on my old car. I have shopped and bought many new and used cars and I can honestly say that I never had a dealership experience like this one. I was online serching for a silverado and came across one at Spitzer and on can honestly say that I never had a dealership experience like this one. I was online serching for a silverado and came across one at Spitzer and on my lunch the next day I went to look at it and hooked up with Shawn, he was very educated about the trucks he sold and he told me about this truck and we took it for a ride and the one thing that sets this dealership apart from any other I have shopped is the pricing.Shawn had explained the pricing and how it worked he was very honest and no let me talk with my manager bull so that being said I asked if he could do one thing for me to close the deal and without struggle he agreed so I made the purchase. I would recommend this dealer to anyone and already have, awesome job to Shawn. I have owned the truck now for two months now and had a fuel problem but lucky for me I bought my truck at Spitzer's and this is where I meat Jarod, this guy has gone out of his way to ensure my every need been taken of as far as picking my truck up at my work and delivering it back to me with the problem fixed to renting me a truck and them picking me up at my house. Great work never gets noticed but I hope this review helps and these guys get the reconition they deserve. Great job Shawn,Jarod and Spitzer Chevy Lordstown and I will always be a loyal customer because I feel like more than just a customer. Thanks again More

My experience has only been with the purchase and the 1000 mi service. The service dept. was awesome, but like I say I've only had limited use. I felt pressured into the purchase of the G6 and was unhappy with comfort of the driver's seat after only a few hours in it, I was not aware of how a car seat could affect a back problem until I had to unhappy with comfort of the driver's seat after only a few hours in it, I was not aware of how a car seat could affect a back problem until I had to spend time sitting in the seat with the "pocket" built into it. I stopped in shortly after the purchase to have few minor repairs done that was verbally promised by the salesman and found he left employment, needless to say, it was not in writing so nothing was done. I stopped in on 2 seperate occasions to find out what else they would recommend with a different seat, and was told they had nothing better to replace it with, all seats were now built that way. I shopped some other dealers and was told the same thing until I stopped in at a local Ford dealer that showed me a Ford Escape, I love it, the seat is not built with the "pocket" in the seat, and I no longer have the back problems from driving. I was amazed at how many other people I spoke with that also have the same issue with the "pocket" seats. I have told them to check out the Escape, it worked for me. I did have a problem with the service dept also. I stopped in to have them check out a tire that was going flat. I was told it had a nail in it that was not able to be patched because it was too far up into the wall of the tire to be safe, the new tire was about $200.00. I felt this was too high of a price and took it to Sears, they looked at the tire, showed me where the nail was in the tread, and fixed it for about $20.00. The people in the service dept were great, I was alway treated with respect by them BUT, The price and misdiagnosis of my tire was the last time I was there. More
