I had an appointment to have a transmission leak fixed at 8:30 am was told this would take about one and a half hours to complete. At about 10:30 am I was told they were having trouble getting the right o at 8:30 am was told this would take about one and a half hours to complete. At about 10:30 am I was told they were having trouble getting the right oil and they were on there way with the oil they would need it should be done around 12 noon. Then at about 1:30 pm was told they are still on road getting the oil then at 3:00 pm was told they were getting me a rental car at 3:30pm rental finally showed up. I thought the reson you make an appointment is so you can be prepared to do the job!!!!!! I had 7 Hrs wasted sitting there and was told atleast once they were on ther way with the oil witch was a lie and my 7 hours got me a coupon for a free oil change well I will never step foot back in spitzers again an oil change for you not being prepaired!!!!!!!!!!!!!! come on.
