I was only told after the work was done and once I got to the cashier that there was a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. If I knew that in advance, I would've brought cash. When I told this to the cashie the cashier that there was a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. If I knew that in advance, I would've brought cash. When I told this to the cashier, she said that everybody does a surcharge now for credit cards and that I should've known this because they've been doing it for about a year and a half. I informed her that I hadn't been back to this particular dealership in about two years, and I should've been notified of this when I agreed to the services. When I spoke to the person indicating they were the manager, he just tried to sell me and becoming a VIP customer which have taken away the additional surcharge. This person also pointed out that there was a sign of the surcharge posted. I said yes, there is above the cashier not in the maintenance area where I signed the paperwork. More
