I was very pleasantly surprised with the professional customer service I received during my recent visit to Rick Case Hyundai. This is my 6th new vehicle purchase in my lifetime. Salesmen at other dealerships come after you while you browse amongst cars in the lot. They can be forceful and quite rude as they talk you in to purchasing something that you may not really be interested in. However, when I met Greg Gathy at Rick Case, I was so pleasantly surprised with his professional mannerisms, knowledge of his vehicles and everything that Rick Case will do for me to make sure that I am satisfied and above all, feel safe and secure in the vehicle I purchased. I also had the pleasure of meeting Adam DeJean who worked with me in financing my 2013 Sonata. This is the first Finance Manager who actually worked with me to help me save money. He reviewed everything on warranties, the service center... answered every possible question I had, and I had many. Adam said he would get back with me regarding info I had asked about. And guess what????? He actually got back with me the very next day. I didn't have to make repeated calls, leaving voicemails. Besides having a fun experience buying a new car, I just love my new Sparkling Ruby Sonata. It is so hot. I can't wait to go on my first long road trip in it.
