Jovan was very friendly and helpful. He was not in any way "pushy" as some sales people can be. he explained alll the extras on the car and even came to my house to program my garage remote. Greg, Ron and Adam were phenomenal! I came by on the spur of the moment (I was visiting a friend in the area who wasn't home), and just decided to stop to take a look at the Veloster, which I'd seen onl spur of the moment (I was visiting a friend in the area who wasn't home), and just decided to stop to take a look at the Veloster, which I'd seen online. Greg Gehry took me on a test drive and we had a great time. I stayed and talked with him for about an hour, while looking at an Marathon Blue Veloster that was sitting in front of his desk, configured just exactly like I wanted it. I went home and decided to come back the next day and buy it. Unfortunately Greg was off the next day (no way he could have known I would turn back up the next day with a grand in my pocket since I decided on the spur of the moment!), so Ron took over the sale and helped me out. I showed up at 6:30, walked in, and Ron and Adam made sure I drove away in my new super sexy super awesome super economical Veloster by 8:45. Had to come back on Saturday to finish up some paperwork, and run the car through service to get the tire pressure adjusted, and both Greg and Ron were in. The guys were great, and made sure I was totally hooked up! Adam went through the financing with me like a boss! Awesome service, and after sale service is just freaking, WOW!! Received quote from another dealership but didn't care for the exterior color. Went to Rick Case and they had the exact same vehicle in my preferred color. 2013 Black Elantra!
