I have been using this service department for 7+ years, and the service writers always give the fast and friendliest service. Most recently, my car needed three service items that needed to get fixed and and the service writers always give the fast and friendliest service. I went to get a Oil Change and it was first come first serve. Was on a Saturday afternoon they said 2 1/2 hrs and it was only a Hour.
