I was referred to Gaetano by a friend and in arrival asked for him. he showed up promptly and started to ask what I had in mind with car and purchase options. Seeing that they did not have the model of SUV that I wanted he told me about a Nissan Rogue that they had on the lot. He was upfront and honest with me and told me I didn't even need to look at it if I didn't want to and he would do his best to get a car of my previous choice to the dealership. I chose to give the Nissan a try and we took it for a test drive and I fell in love with it. Gaetano went above and beyond to help me get financing when I couldn't get a good percentage rate. We ended up coming up with a good monthly payment that left me feeling secure. His friendly, funny and determined to help me out. I went to two other dealers and looked at cars (with the exact same original window sticker) - and the price Paul quoted me was phenomenal. In fact, one salesperson told me to call Paul and seal the deal as soon as possible. I did just that. Paul worked out all the paperwork with me via email during the week (I was out of town) and when I returned on Saturday morning - everything was ready and waiting.
