Spitzer Jeep RAM Brook Park

Gaetano not only a Sales man but a Great Person I walked in knowing the exact vechicle I wanted & needed. All I wanted to do was take a test drive to make sure it ran smoothly.. Once myself & wife w I walked in knowing the exact vechicle I wanted & needed. All I wanted to do was take a test drive to make sure it ran smoothly.. Once myself & wife walked in Gaetano introduced himself and began to help me. He told the vechicle I saw online was actually their Amherst store. He told us we could either have him go out to Amherst & bring it back or he could drive us out there in his vechicle and test drive it back to the Brook Park store or we could just drive out there ourselfs and work with the Sales men there. We decided to let Gaetano drive us so we could have a real good test drive back to the Brookpark store. We got out to the Amherst store long story short the Van wouldn't start they tried to jump it had to put another jumper box on finally got it started then it stopped. To find out not only was the battery dead but the Van was also out of gas. In the mean time Gaetano told us to get out of cold and we sat in his car until he got it running. We drove to the Gas Station where Gaetano put gas in it for our test drive. We drove it back to the Brookpark store it rode perfectly. Went inside and purchased the vechicle. Had we not drove out with Gaetano and went on our own I can tell you I would have walked off the lot once they couldn't get the vechilce started. Gaetano was excellent getting us what I wanted and I couldn't be happier. I have been looking for a vechicle and have been at quite a few dealerships and above all working with Gaetano was my best experience he was excellent not just his Customer Service Skills but his whole personality . I would recommened him & Spitzer on Brookpark to anyone. More

Zachary paid attention to us not just a sale...it was kind of a bittersweet 2 days because..I got an amazing car but wish I could see Zachary again...kinda like a family member you like...I will definitely recommend Zachary and Spitzer to others....Thanks to everyone More
