Adam was very friendly, professional and helpful I've been coming to this dealership since 2015 when my Jeep had 500 miles on it and wouldn't start. We purchased it in Avon at the Jeep dealership and I've been coming to this dealership since 2015 when my Jeep had 500 miles on it and wouldn't start. We purchased it in Avon at the Jeep dealership and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. As you can imagine I was very upset that a new Jeep with 500 miles was dead in my garage and they didn't care at all. I've dealt with North Olmsted Jeep in past years with previous Jeeps that I owned and the service department I would not recommend to anyone. It took Brookpark Jeep a week or two get Chrysler Capital to replace the bad wiring on my new Jeep with new not used parts and wiring. We have Dreama to thank for this. She is no longer there, but she is the reason that we have made this our dealership of choice. Since then we have always had a good experience. This last visit was with Adam Hanych and he was very welcoming and pleasant the moment I pulled my car into the garage. More
