If Spitzer can't make an easy customer like me happy, then I'm worried for anyone that really needs assistance. This should have been an easy sale. I didn't require months of prodding and coaching to buy an expensive car. I walked in preapproved and I made a deal. I have had months invested in countless calls and in person follow up to replace a $300 item agreed to be replaced when the handshake was done. Why does it have to be this hard? Needless to say, I won't be back, and have little positive to say about the situation. Needless. Word of advice- don't commit to something you're not prepared to fix! More
