Service at this dealership has been the worst experience I have ever had!!!! They have held my vehicle for more than 6 weeks without any real explanation. They don't have voice mail for messages or their to full to leave a message. I have constantly gotten the run around. If you need your car back right away, DO NOT TAKE IT TO SPITZER ON BROOKPARK ROAD. They SUCK!!!!!! More

2nd Great Experience This was my second time dealing with Spitzer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Cleveland and with my salesman, Paul Lascola. I purchased a car from Paul in 2013 This was my second time dealing with Spitzer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Cleveland and with my salesman, Paul Lascola. I purchased a car from Paul in 2013, of which I was very happy with. This year I was abut to sign a deal with another dealership, I was not thrilled to be doing business with this dealership but because of a past experience buying a car from them, so when I received a call from Paul at Spitzer I thought to myself "I much prefer Paul and Spitzer so why not just go down and see what they can do for me". And I am so happy I did! Not only do I have a car I prefer, but the customer service from Paul and the whole team at Spitzer, made me feel like I was a valued customer whether I bought right then and there or not. I have only had my car for 2 days but I am already planning on Spitzer for my next! More
