Talk condescending to an MBA graduate? John "Beaver" (yes that is supposedly a real name of the arrogant Finance Manager at this location in Brookpark OH. I already leased a brand new Jeep John "Beaver" (yes that is supposedly a real name of the arrogant Finance Manager at this location in Brookpark OH. I already leased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee 3 years ago and decided for my situation and after doing the math it was worth buying out. Couldn't get the title to buy new plates timely or a paper invoice to make a check payment as to what they TOLD me to do. Mr. Beaver signed me up with Capital one. After numerous calls and being told to call Barb M-F for the title and to give it more time....I was angry because MY credit is on the line. So who was the customer? not me after I signed my name once again on the dotted line. NOT ONCE did he offer to help facilitate call with THEIR financing partner or offer to help. I was shoved off to do my own work and hope for the best....needless to say every time I called I was told "If you have more questions, feel free to call me..." That was the biggest bunch of xx I've ever heard. BECAUSE when I went to the dealership last weekend to get the stupid recall FIXED, I went to his office hoping he would be able to FIND a copy of my title SOMEWHERE. Nope no dice again but instead I was talked to like a child...well did YOU call Barb like I told you? Well did YOU call Capital One?....you idiot, you told me to wait until Friday and it is now Saturday so NO I didn't call Barb and YES I called Capital One with of course someone who can't speak English very well. So NO, I'm not standing in your office because I have nothing better to do. The salesman outside the door rolled his eyes because he heard the whole thing. Poor customer service and I will NEVER purchase a car here again. Once they have your money you are dirt. He doesn't realize I just helped pay his xxxx paycheck and quite rankly if he worked for me...I'd have fired him along time ago. We'll see how much the "owner" cares about this after they read it. I bet nothing. Next purchase....an Audi...where they treat people and their wallets with respect. More

DONT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!! I was told i was buying a "new" vehicle even tho it had over 3000 miles on it. My vehicle had dents,scratches,scuffs,anlong with other things that are I was told i was buying a "new" vehicle even tho it had over 3000 miles on it. My vehicle had dents,scratches,scuffs,anlong with other things that are wrong. They will not let me exchange it out for a real new vehicle. Needless to say i do not have the feeling of a new car i bought a used vehicle with a new car price tag. What a joke. More

The Salesman and Service department are very professional and people friendly. I dealt with Melissa (The Ohio Car Girl) Granke with the purchase of my new 2016 Jeep Cherokee . She was very polite and was able to answer all questions provided. The dealership was able to get exactly what I was looking for and keeping it with in my budget. I have never had a better and more comfortable experience with a dealership. This is my second vehicle purchased through Spitzer and every time gets better. I will recommend Spitzer to all my friends and family. More
Very disappointing Service Visit 01/15/16 My wife and I took our 2012 Jeep Lierty for some extended warranty work. All parts were covered and we only paid our deductable. We left our vehicle overnight as to not have to rush or worry that everything would be completed. We showed up the next day at 3:30pm after the service department called and said our vehicle was ready. Upon arrival we were informed it was in the "wash" line still and not yet ready for pick up. We declined the vehicle car wash because we were in a hurry and you had the vehicle more than long enough to "wash the exterior". We park our Jeep for the weekend and on Monday morning while driving to work realized the dealership had not put any washer fluid in the vehicle at all. Attention to detail is lacking in this dealership. If you cant take care of the simple things how can we trust you to take care of our major concerns??? More

I called because my 08 Dodge Ram needs a new front diff or it needs rebuilt. Whatever the case we're talking at least a two thousand dollar repair, not under warranty. I talked to nothing but people who were annoyed by my call. And gave me no help at all. Joe in the service Dpt hung up on me when I called back Lisa was very rude by not even letting get my sentence out be saying that the next appointment is two weeks out and then making excuses for everyone when I asked why I was put on hold for 8 min for some one to sch an appointment. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience with Spitzer Chrysler Dodge Jeep and RAM on West 130th and Brookpark 44142. However it will be the last. I will be posting this on every site I can to sure it gets out there. I've worked in the Customer service industry for years and this is not how you treat a paying Customer. More
