I received the up most professional and courteous treatment here. They also blew my mind when they offered shuttle service from the dealership to my work and back again when my car was being repaired. The gentleman who was my shuttle driver was very sweet and nice and utmost professional. As long as I own this car I will be going there. Thank you spritzer motor city you restored my faith in a dealership. The work that was done was correct and fast and my vehicle was always cleaned up when I got it back. It looked great both times that they did work on my car. More
Bob Ott helped us get exactly what we wanted!!!! We had a terrbile car that we still owed way too much money on and we knew that it wouldnt last us through the winter. Still Smiling Jeep Wranglers caught our eyes several months ago. We took our first look at a dealership in North Olmsted, Ohio and did not pursue a purchase there Jeep Wranglers caught our eyes several months ago. We took our first look at a dealership in North Olmsted, Ohio and did not pursue a purchase there because we were unimpressed with the business. While vacationing in Florida several months later, we decided to look at the possibility of buying what we wanted in Venice, Florida and driving it back to Ohio. Although Pete our salesman at Douglas Jeep in Venice, Florida was a pleasure to work with, we decided the 1200+ mile drive home wasn't that appealing. This past weekend we visited Spitzer Jeep at 13001 Brookpark Rd. in Cleveland, Ohio and as a result are new JEEP WRANGLER SPORT OWNERS! Geoff Sansavera is the general manager of that dealership for a reason! He made my husband and I feel like finding us the car we wanted, exactly the way we wanted it was his top priority. He was patient, respectful and kind to us and to everyone at the dealership. Geoff knew when to lead and when to listen. The process from start to finish was an absolute delight. Each employee that we encountered at every step of the process was a pleasure to work with. By the way, the Jeep is supposed to be mine...why am I left with my husband's Nissan this morning? HE LOVES THE JEEP AND DROVE IT TO WORK THIS MORNING! We feel blessed. Good sales experiance poor service department. I've always had good buying experience with this dealership, no complaints there at all always an easy pleasant experience. The service department is another story since they've gotten their dealership back a couple years ago. The last 3 times I've been in for service I had excessive wait times. A few months ago I went in for an oil change tire rotation and multi point inspection which is supposed to include checking the tire pressure. HOURS after I left the low tire pressure light comes on, I check and sure enough the tires are low , so I'm thinking I got hosed on the multi point inspection. My most recent visit I had one rotor worn so I asked them to check it out (I had already checked myself that's how I know it was only one, the other three were fine) and I asked for an oil change. They called and told me the repair cost (double what others were charging) I said just change the oil I'll take care of the breaks. They said they were just about done I could pick it up within the hour. I show up 90 minutes later my car is still on the lift with no tires on it. I tell them to just forget the oil change I'll go somewhere else just give me my car, they say they can't because the tech. drained the oil and went to lunch . So I waited another 40 minutes. They didn't charge me for the oil change because I was so mad , BUT it gets better. I filed a complaint with Chrysler about the one rotor going bad because I have low mileage and one break should not wear faster than the others. Only to have Spitzer tell them both rear brakes were worn evenly due to normal wear and tear. When they were not I had all 4 wheels off 3 were in good shape 1 was down to nothing. Chrysler denied my claim. I've been going to Spitzer for new cars and service since 2003 and I have refered many others to them. I don't know if I'll be back. I definitely won't go back to the service department. Very very very disappointed . I used to think highly of them. More

I want to recommend Bob Ott as a salesman who was genuine in his approach and very thorough. He was not over-bearing and what you see is what you get. He treated my wife and I with professionalism and fairne in his approach and very thorough. He was not over-bearing and what you see is what you get.
